IX. WildCard Bonus Claim/ Volume Accelerator Bonus

A. On an arbitrarily selected date and time, with or without warning or announcement, drawn from the current supply of B9 Tokens held in the Vault Wallet, all wallets holding at least 69,000 B9 Tokens may receive access to exclusive claims.

B. Those wallets holding equal or greater than 690,000 B9 Tokens, at the time of snapshot, per qualifying wallet will enjoy a 10% increase in the qualifying claim. That is, where the sum of 69,000 units counts as 1 share, 690,000 Tokens shall count as the threshold to receive a full 11 shares (10 shares +1).
